Thomas Wright oversees Special Assets and Landlord Services at QFC. Wright’s expertise includes commercial and industrial  development, management, leasing, and sales. With over $2 billion in transactional and workout environments on a national basis, Tom has experienced and resolved most kinds of challenges in dealing with owners, lenders, attorneys and receivers. A skilled communicator, Tom recently managed a 278,000sf high rise in Downtown San Diego for a consortium of New York-based investors. The two primary tenants were in financial difficulties and Wright successfully negotiated exit strategies for the tenants and managed the building while spearheading the marketing and ultimate sale of the $75 million property.  Tom earned his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from San Diego State University; is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California and enjoys boating, skiing, golf and other outdoor activities.
