Biography

Steven Martini, President of QFC Real Estate has extensive knowledge in professional commercial real estate management, sales, leasing and tenant representation throughout the Western United States.

Steve and his team currently manage over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial property. Additionally, he has directed more than 1,500 commercial real estate transactions in the Western United States totaling over 3,000,000 square feet office, retail and industrial properties (leased and sold).

Steve is a graduate of the University of Vermont and member of several professional and community-based organizations, including the Urban Land Institute, California Youth Lacrosse League, Antique and Classic Boat Society and the San Diego Yacht Club. Steve lives in the Little Italy neighborhood of Downtown San Diego with his wife (Rachelle) and two twin boys (Wolfgang and Theodore).

Outside of the office

Adventure Travel with My Wife (Rachelle) and my dogs (Tahoe - golden and Marley - coon hound). I love to Snow Ski, Expedition on a dirt bike, Wake Surf, Work on Antique Boat and Engine projects, Travel to Lake Tahoe in the summer or winter.

Interests | Hobbies | Talents | Quirks

I have a strong connection to the antique boat world. I have been boating and working on antique wooden boats (Chris Crafts) my entire life. Outside of that I love welding and working in my warehouse on various engine and mechanical projects. I own a fork lift that was previously owned by a good friend Bob Sinclair who used to be "the mayor" of the East Village. I use "Bob" a lot at least once a week on my various ongoing projects.

I am workaholic, but I have little interest in politics. I love connecting people and watching other people succeed based on making those connections. To the extent I can help others with pretty much anything, that makes me happy. My wife and I are a great team, I love being around her because she is smart, creative and is quick to solve a problem.
