With over three decades of experience in property management, Rhonda Vicker has cultivated a wealth of knowledge managing a diverse range of properties, including multi-family, commercial, and retail spaces. For the past 16 years, she has focused her career on commercial association management, expertly overseeing up to 24 associations at a time. Rhonda’s dedication to operational excellence ensures the properties under her care run smoothly and efficiently.
Rhonda is highly skilled in budget preparation, financial analysis, and operational oversight, ensuring fiscal responsibility and long-term sustainability for the associations she manages. She takes pride in organizing and leading board and membership meetings, fostering collaboration among stakeholders and promoting effective decision-making. Her ability to build strong relationships has been integral to the success of the communities she serves.
Originally from Ohio, Rhonda has called San Diego home for the past 28 years. She has raised two grown children and treasures spending time with her granddaughter. Beyond her professional achievements, Rhonda enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering and fostering dogs for Labrador Rescuers, combining her love for animals with her commitment to making a positive impact.
