Michael Wokuluk began working with QualityFirst Commercial in early 2013. Since joining the team, Michael has assisted the brokerage and management teams in marketing and leasing of over thirty five (35) properties that span eight (8) states. He has eagerly applied his skills to new projects, with supportive involvement ranging from simple leasing, to business and property sales.

Michael’s experiences with commercial and residential listings have helped hone his talents in marketing, property management, and tenant relations. Michael continues to tackle new challenges and looks forward to the continued growth of QualityFirst Commercial. Outside of the office, Michael is an active motorcyclist and outdoor enthusiast.
