Ciara is the Senior Property Manager for QFC Real Estate. She has 15+ years of commercial property management experience, with an emphasis in retail shopping centers and office properties. She previously worked at MGM Properties, Remarc Management, and also Cushman & Wakefield prior to joining QFC Real Estate.

Ciara possesses a deep understanding in various aspects of the industry including tenant retention, property maintenance, and property / asset level accounting. Her experience has enabled her to implement cost saving initiatives to reduce operating costs and maximize profitability for investors. Ciara’s primary responsibilities include overseeing a complete property management staff, lease administration, accounts receivable, preparation of asset budgets, and management of capital and tenant improvements, monthly financial reporting, reconciliations, and escalation billings.

Ciara was born and raised in San Diego. She is a graduate of the University of California San Diego and loves spending time with her two children (Weston and Peyton) and also her husband and high school sweetheart (Tai).
