1953- 1963 4th Avenue is a 10,200 square foot medical office building located in Bankers Hill on the corner of 4th and Grape Streets. It is one block west of Balboa Park’s west mesa and just a few blocks north of Downtown. This property is located directly across the street from the newly constructed Sharp Rees-Stealy Downtown Facility which offers comprehensive medical services to those living and working in downtown San Diego, Gaslamp, East Village and Little Italy.

Assignment: QFC Real Estate performs asset management services including handling all accounting, leasing as well as overseeing all construction, vendor and tenant relations.
